This session shares how we’ve used Promptathons and Agentathons as practical, hands‑on mechanisms to accelerate Copilot and GenAI adoption—moving beyond awareness and experimentation to real engagement, capability building, and measurable value.

Rather than relying solely on traditional training or comms, we’ve used these formats to bring people together to learn by doing: solving real business problems, creating reusable prompts and agents, and building confidence in how GenAI can support day‑to‑day work. The session will cover what worked, what didn’t, and how these approaches helped turn curiosity into momentum.
