We are facing a future of AI in the workplace. But it’s not going to turn out like the technologists promise. If you got enterprise search wrong, the worst thing that could happen is not finding what you are looking for. With LLMs, they will spread synthesised misinformation: complexity in, chaos out. Organisations are not structured to manage this space or govern the source information to the extent that is required: clean, clear and unequivocal.
