With a very high degree of decentralized publishing Nordea’s Intranet team need ways to support the + 5.000 editors, who have intranet publishing as a side job.  The majority have little knowledge, interest and experience in publishing, while others are very experienced and fiddle with HTML (which they shouldn’t).

Hear about how the Intranet team continuously works with online instructions, automated processes, etc., to support the editors and develop the intranet, keeping up with all the requirements that come with being a bank.
